First, a focused public-page review.
Send us your store URL and any particular difficulty you want us to investigate. We take a limited look at public pages and share up to three findings we can reproduce. We do not need your Shopify admin password or access to customer records.
Each finding identifies the page and state, what happened, the effect on a shopper, and a practical next step. If we confirm fewer than three issues, the review contains fewer than three. It is a starting point for a decision, rather than a complete conformance audit.
Then, an agreed theme fix sprint.
The initial sprint covers up to three named theme issues, across up to three agreed URLs, in one theme and one language. Examples of eligible small changes include a missing control name, an inaccurate form label, or a focus style that is not visible. Your store’s actual issues and dependencies determine whether the sprint fits.
We confirm the implementation plan, fixed price, dates, and acceptance checks in writing before payment. Work starts once the approved scope, agreed payment, usable access, and store information are available.
What you receive
- An unpublished copy of your theme with the agreed changes.
- Before-and-after evidence with repeatable test steps.
- The results of the agreed automated, keyboard, and assistive-technology checks, with untested areas identified.
- Change notes, a review link, and a handover and rollback plan.
A shared header or product component can affect several pages. We identify the relevant regression checks in the scope, and check for concurrent theme edits before publication.
You keep control of publication.
We request collaborator permissions appropriate to the agreed work. The current published theme stays intact while we prepare the copy. You review the result and approve the exact version before it goes live. We do not publish simply because an account has permission to do so.
If a component belongs to an app or an area we cannot edit, we identify that dependency and agree what happens next. We do not silently replace the finding or expand the price.
What this sprint does not cover.
Shopify-managed checkout, third-party apps, a redesign, theme migration, bulk content changes, translation, documents, and a full-store WCAG conformance evaluation are outside this initial sprint. Larger or different work needs a separate assessment.
We use relevant WCAG criteria to describe technical findings. A focused repair does not establish that the entire store complies with WCAG or any law. We do not provide legal advice, accessibility certification, or protection against lawsuits.
A direct point of contact.
Storecessible is led by Sergio Fandiño, a systems engineer based in Colombia. You can coordinate in English or Spanish. Your proposal identifies the person or business providing the service, the agreed work, and the total payable.
We show our approach in a synthetic shopping demo. It is not a client case study, a Shopify theme, or evidence that your store has been tested.
Start with the problem you want to solve.
Share your store URL and what you would like us to look at. We will reply with what we can confirm and whether a theme fix sprint fits.
